Life’s journey takes each of us down many different paths, and much of mine has centered around real estate valuation, management, and sales. I have also followed my wife, Cheryl Smith, throughout her successful real estate career with Lambros Real Estate, and I am fortunate to now join her as a Realtor® and Broker with this remarkable company.

Along the way, I have developed a broad set of skills, including valuing land, residential, multi-family, and commercial properties through extensive appraisal work, as well as hands-on experience in property management and real estate sales. My focus moving forward is to assist both sellers and buyers with their real estate needs by combining my industry experience with a strong commitment to professionalism and service.

My formal education includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting from the University of Montana. I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Montana since 1984 and a Certified Residential Appraiser since 1993. My experience also includes ten years with the State of Montana Department of Revenue as a Commercial and Lead Appraiser for Ravalli and Mineral Counties. In addition, I proudly served as an Air Traffic Controller in the U.S. Army and the FAA.

When I’m away from real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our three daughters, and their families, including our seven wonderful grandchildren. Family time is one of my greatest joys.
